What Happened To Good Tech Support?

Technically speaking, you get very little help from tech support lines these days.

PC sales have been diving. Part of the reason is due to bad tech support. You spend close to $2,000 for a computer and then are made to feel like a rude and stupid intruder when you ask for some help in using it! With many companies outsourcing their jobs today, you’re lucky if you can even understand the “tech” on the other end of the line!

Where do you find a good computer support company? With everything computer in this day and age we are living in, you need someone you can count on for a pc problem. Where I work, the in-house tech team offers great office support. I wish that could be said of all support lines.
